Belmonte, to Sign the Deed of Donation of Forty (40) units of heavy-duty tents, six-hundred twenty (620) units of rattan design plastic chairs, and one hundred (l00) units of rattan design 32x32 plastic tables, in favor of drivers organizations, peoples organizations, and indigent constituents within the 3rd Legislative District of Quezon City, and to Transfer their ownership to the recipients without cost
