Carreon St., Barangay Bagbag, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by Mr. Reynaldo A. Carpio, Ph.D. President, with office address at No. 49 Sta. Ana St., San Roque, Marikina City, Metro Manila in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Implementing Standards, Rules and Regulations of Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and PD 957, otherwise known as the Subdivision and Condominium Buyer's Protective Decree.
