Abstract

requiring prior issuance of a mission order by the proper head of department ,office or agency concerned before any city employee, may inspect, verify, examine and/or inquire into the operation and payment of taxes and fees of a business establishment in the city and ordering that only authorized city employees may conduct said inspection, verification ,examination and/or inquiry.
