Abstract

A Resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception for the truck parking slots and land use requirements to Bona Terra Plura Fructus Corp., as represented by Normann Chiu, for as-built: four (4)-Storey Commercial Building with Mezzanine (warehouse) located at Lot 19-B, Block 236, (No. 91) Kitanlad Street corner BMA Street, Barangay Tatalon, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, s-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
