Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, and the Quezon City General Hospital Medical Center Chief II, Dr. Josephine B. Sabando, MD, RN, FPBA, MHA, FPSA, to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with East Avenue Medical Center - National Reference Laboratory, represented by Medical Center Chief II, Dr. Alfonso G. Nuñez III, MD, FPCS, MMHoA, for the conduct of confirmatory tests after the initial drug screening tests done at QCGH Drug Testing Center.
