An Ordinance granting franchise to United Association of Cockpit Owners and Operators of the Philippines, Incorporated (UACOOP) to broadcast live and data stream cockfighting activities and derbies at commercial establishments and to establish, operate and maintain Off-site Cockpit Betting (OCBs) station within Quezon City.
