Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificates of Title Nos. 004-2019001257, N-298310, N-29831, 298312, N-298303, 298304, 298305, 298306, 298307, 298308, registered under the namе of The Manila Remnant Co. Inc., with an aggregate area of forty-eight thousand five hundred forty-four (48,544) square meters, more or less, located at Sto. Niño Street, Payatas A, Barangay Payatas, District II, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of Quezon City's informal settler families (ISFs).
