An ordinance approving Supplemental Budget No. 5 under the General Fund and Supplemental Budget No. 4 under the infrastructure fund for Calendar Year 1990 involving the sum of sixty-two million eight hundred ninety-six thousand five hundred seventy-two pesos (P62,896,572.00) and one million two hundred thirty-six thousand pesos (1,236,000.00) respectively, and providing funds for the purpose.
