Gokongwei, for the proposed two 42-storey condominium towers with loft at the 2-level and 32nd floor, Atop a 5-storey mixed-use podium with 2 level basement parking and roof deck located at Lots 2, 3, 9, 10-A, 10-B and 11-A Block S-8, Scout Borromeo Street and Scout Bayoran Street, Barangay South Triangle, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP_2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
