Belmonte, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability Southeast Asia Secretariat Incorporated (ICLEI SEAS) and the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) for the implementation of the "Sparking Active Mobility Actions for Climate-Friendly Cities (SPARK)” Project.
