A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Powertech Industrial Sales Inc., as represented by Lim Kui Lim, for the operation of the proposed As-Built: Two (2)-Storey Office Building and One (1)-Storey Warehouse Building with Fabrication Area located at Lots 1 and 2 PCS-00-015576, (No. 10) Leland Drive corner Maxima Drive, Barangay Balon-Bato, District VI, Quezon City, allowing Deviation from the Restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
