A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception as to Land Use and Parking Requirements to Unimed Diagnostic Center Corp., as represented by Charlene Lynette Z. Chua, for As Built: 5-Storey Commercial Building with Roof Deck and Machine Room located at Lot 2, Block 173, (No. 8) N. Ramirez Street, Barangay Don Manuel, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
