Abstract
An ordinance prescribing requirements and promulgating rules and regulations covering the establishment, operation, and maintenance of private detective, police, or guard agencies, specifying qualifications for such agencies and for their operators, as well as members of their forces; levying municipal taxes and requiring fidelity or surety bonds for such agencies, their operators and members of their forces.
