Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Pulse Asia Research, Inc./Jinky Perdigon for the operation of a Two (2)-Storey Commercial Building (As Built) located at Lots 23-A and 23-B, Block 89, (No. 150) Matimtiman Street, Sikatuna Village, Barangay Sikatuna, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
