Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to sign and accept the Deed of Donation and Acceptance in behalf of the Quezon City Government, as Donee, and Spouses Michael Gan Lui and Christine Margaret C. Lui, duly represented by their Attorney-in-Fact, Maria Ramonette A. Rabanillo, as Donors, for a parcel of lot delineated as road consisting of sixty-nine (69) square meters, located at Barangay Baesa, District VI, Quezon City and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2022009104.
