Abstract

An ordinance requiring all car, jeep, and truck shop owners to report and register within twenty-four (24) hours to the office of the City Engineer, Quezon City, the serial numbers of all cars, jeeps and trucks they received from any person for body building, repair, reconditioning or painting; further requiring them to obtain permit from the same official before an alteration of paints or conversion of the same into other kind is made.
