A resolution renewing the Special Permit of Total Gamezone Xtreme, Inc., to operate Electronic Games and other approved Electronic Game Offerings at the 2nd Floor, Don Antonio Sports Center, Block 17, Lot 5, Holy Spirit Drive, Barangay Holy Spirit, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City, subject to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
