A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Euroasia Pharmaceuticals, Inc./Eugenio Michael Plana for the Proposed 7-Storey Office Building with 2-Level Basement Parking and Roof Deck located at Lot 16, Block 5, Mayaman corner Mahinhin Street, Barangay UP Village, District IV, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
