Abstract
An ordinance granting all resident registered senior citizens of Quezon City who shall be admitted in the emergency room of any Quezon City-Owned Hospital an emergency medical benefit assistance in the amount of not more than five thousand pesos (PHP5,000,00), To be taken from the one percent (1%) budget allocation of this city for programs, projects, and activities of senior citizens.
