Abstract
In celebration of
the 2016 National Women’s Month, the Quezon
City Library and Information Center (QCLIC)
organized a LectureForum entitled
“Organizational Management and Leadership in
the Workplace” a Gender and Development
Activity held on April 15,
2016 at the QCLIC Reference Area. This year, the
Philippine Commission
on Women (PCW) set
the theme, “Kapakanan
ni Juana, Isama sa Agenda!” which aims for
women to be included in
the decision-making and
leadership positions in
both the public and private sectors
