Abstract

An ordinance setting aside the fees and other charges collected for road excavation under Ordinance No. 30, series of 1947, as amended by Ordinance No. 1279, series of 1952, for the restoration and/or repair of the damaged streets, sidewalks, and curbs and gutters resulting from the said excavations and, for the purchase of materials, tools, and equipment to be used in connection therewith.
