QCPL Inventory Team

Abstract

Aside from providing information and other services to our dear clients and satisfy their information needs, the Quezon City Public Library Inventory Team is also entrusted to monitor and conduct the Annual Inventory of books, furnitures and equipments in order to check and evaluate the functionality of the materials. The Annual Inventory started on June 8, 2017 up to June 23, 2017. The Inventory Team consists of Analiza C. Martinez, Cherry M. Taruc, William de Leon, Jr. and Edgel Cedrick Esteban, with the help of Inventory Committee, Ms. Ligaya Panganiban from the CGSD and Ms. Marisa Mar tinez from CAO completed the inventory process. The first three days was conducted in the Main Library while the remaining days was spent on the 19 Branch Libraries from District I to District VI.
