Lucia Realty and Development Inc., represented by its Executive Vice President Vicente R. Santos, consisting of seventy-one (71)road lots, eight (8) alleys and seven (7) open spaces located at Greenview Executive Subdivision, Barangay Sauyo, Quezon City.
