Abstract
An ordinance declaring a City Government owned property acquired through public auction, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 57551 located at barangay San Bartolome, this City, open for disposition to the bonafide residents thereat who are members of the Sampaguita Neighborhood Association, Inc. and authorizing the City Mayor to undertake the disposition of the same, and for other purposes.
