Abstract

An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with twenty-one (21) Lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of one thousand seven hundred thirty-six (1,736) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 25242, 25243, 25168, 25169, 25170, 25167 and 25238 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered under the name of Quezon City Government, and Located at Sitio Chapel, Seminary Road, San Jose II, Barangay Bahay Toro, District I, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Samahang Magkakapit-bahay San Jose II, Inc. (Quezon City Government Property), Represented by its President, Mr. Gregorio M. Dagdag, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
