Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with fifteen (15) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of five hundred eighty-five (585) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-49441 of registry deeds of Quezon City, located at lot 26-B, (LRC) PSD-647; No. 80 Samonte Street, Interior, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and applied for by the United Residents of Diliman Neighborhood Association, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
