A resolution renewing the Special Permit of Big A Gaming Corporation to operate an Electronic Bingo Games and Instawin Establishment at No. 143 Roosevelt Avenue, Barangay Paraiso, District I, Quezon City, subject to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
