Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a residential housing project (BP Blg. 220) with twenty 20 lots, community mortgage program, containing an area of Eight hundred thirteen Square meters (1813 SQ. M.),covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-97199 and RT-85656 of the registry of deeds of Quezon city, and located at lots 25 & 26, FLS-2592-D, Dr. Villareal St., Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Vilalareal Dulo Urban Poor Homeowners association, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed by Quezon City ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
