Abstract
An ordinance approving Supplemental Budget No. 3 under the General Fund and Supplemental Budget No. 2 under the Infrastructure Fund for the Calendar Year 1990 which implement the provisions of Ordinance No. NC-143, S-90, placing under the sole and direct supervision of the City Mayor developmental projects and transferring the sum of seventy-nine million one hundred eleven thousand and seventy-one peso (P79,111,071.00) from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Fund and re-appropriating one million pesos (P1,000,000.00) to the Office of the City Council under the account of pubic assistance/social amelioration fund.
