Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with ninety-six (96) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of three thousand eight hundred seventy (3,870) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-92236 (128330) & RT-121871 (126499) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and located at lots 852-A-1 and 852-A-2 (LRC) PSD-82880, 119 P. Dela Cruz St., Barangay San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City, as applied for by the Pag-Asang Samahan ng Magkakapitbahay sa 119 P. Dela Cruz Homeowners Association, Inc.(Buenaventura Garcia Property), as a Variance Pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Rules, Standards and Regulations of Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
