A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to Enter Into A Deed of Sale with the Development Bank of the Philippines, through the privatization and management office, to acquire through a negotiated sale a parcel of land identified as Lot 941, GLRO REC. No. 5975, located at Veterans Village, Barangay Pasong Tamo, District VI, Quezon City, covered by Transfer Certificae of Title (TCT) No. 3682203, and containing an area of more or less two thousand eight hundred twenty-sic (2,826) square meters, intended for the development of a Socialized Housing Project, as per subdivision plan, for the benefit of on-site Informal Settler Families (ISFs) and other Informal Settler Families of Quezon City
