Belmonte, to Acquire through Negotiated Sale and to Execute A Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 004-2024000666, 004-2024000667, 004-2024000668, 004-2024000669, 004-2024004016 and 004-2024004137, registered under the name of Josefina M. Cruz with an aggregate area of 9,000 square meters more or less, and located in Kindful Street, Sitio Veterans, Barangay Bagong Silangan, District II, Quezon City, intended for the development of A Socialized Housing Project for the benefit of the Informal Settler Families (ISFs) in Quezon City
