An ordinance approving the Subdivision Plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with one hundred sixty-eight (168) Lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of six thousand six hundred fifty eight (6,658) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered RT-12851 (190367) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of Prosperity Industrial Corporation, Located at Lot 1, (LRC) PCS-2807, F. Carlos St., Apolonio Samson, Baesa, District II, Metro Manila, as applied for by F. Carlos Mendez-Pajo Homeowners Association, Inc. (Phase IV) - Prosperity Industrial Corporation Property, Represented by its President, Mr. Daniel T. Bozar, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
