Abstract

2018 has been a blessed year for the Quezon City Public Library. It has been true to its mission to provide quality resources and services to meet the changing needs of the community through the introduction of innovative techniques for the advancement of learning and literacy. QCPL, has served its clientele through different innovative services that empower them to be lovers of books, passionate readers and well-informed citizenry of Quezon City. It provides equal services to its clientele irrespective of social, economic and physical status, to the “have-nots”, and ensures bridging the digital divide.
