Abstract
An ordinance declaring Purok 1-4, Luzon Avenue, Barangay Culiat, Quezon City, as socialized housing zone under Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2000 and the lots therein described as lot no. 752-B-1, PSD-21048, covered by Tax Declaration No. B-02901152, be disposed to qualified beneficiaries through available socialized land acquisition scheme of the National Government in favor of the bonafide occupants thereat who are members of Purok Uno Luzon Avenue Neighborhood Organization, Inc.
