Abstract

An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a Socialized Housing Project (BP Blg. 220) with fourteen (14) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of nine hundred sixty-six (966) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title numbered 125894 of registry deeds of Quezon City, located at lot 234, FLS-2696-D, Luisito Corner Dr. Villareal sts., Barangay Gulod, Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the Samahang Magkapitbahay ng Joan of Arc Homeowners Association, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa BLG. 220.
