An ordinance approving the subdivision plan of Fairview Park Homes (Winston-Dunhill), A 2-storey single attached residential housing project (40 Lots), containing an area of three thousand five hundred forty-eight (3,548) square meters, Covered by transfer certificates of title numbered RT-32876, RT-32879 & RT-32881 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and located at lots 2, 5 &7, Block 9 (LRC) PSD-95251 Winston Corner Dunhill streets, Fairview park subdivision, Barangay Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as applied for by the collective project management, Inc., subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City Ordinance no. SP-56, S-93 and PD 957.
