A resolution renewing the Special Permit of Total Gamezone Xtreme, Inc., to operate Electronic Games and other approved Electronic Game Offerings at Unit SF-206, Citigold Plaza, No. 175 Katipunan Avenue, Barangay Bayanihan, District III, Quezon City, subject to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
