Abstract

A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception as to Land Use, Parking Requirements and Setback to Goldshine Pharmaceutical Inc. for a 1-Storey Warehouse with Mezzanine (As Built) on a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2019008419 located at Lot 2, PCS-00-016008, Nos. 19-29 Zabarte Extension, Barangay Kaligayahan, District V, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
