A Resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Sale for the purchase of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 004-2019001260, registered under the name of Hipolito I. Illescas, married to Nemencia S. Illescas, with an area of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine (999) square meters, more or less, located at Barangay Commonwealth, District II, Quezon City, intended for the development of a Socialized Housing Project for the benefit of Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs)
