Abstract

A resolution authorizing the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, to acquire through negotiated sale and to execute a Deed of Absolute Sale for the purchase of parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title Nos. 004-2022002440 and 004-2022002441 registered under the names of Arturo Victoriano U. Tolentino, Jr., Ma. Bernardita Tolentino Gabriel and Salvador C. Tolentino, represented by their Attorney-In-Fact and Co-owner Dra. Ma. Bernardita Tolentino Gabriel, with an aggregate area of 1,054 square meters, more or less, located in Barangay Payatas, District II, Quezon City, intended for the development of a socialized housing project for the benefit of the Quezon City's Informal Settler Families (ISFs).
