A resolution granting the renewal of the Special Permit to Top Win Lucky Gaming Corp. for the operation of a PAGCOR-Licensed Electronic Bingo (E-Bingo) Games located at No. 29 Unang Hakbang Street, Barangay San Isidro Galas, District IV, Quezon City, subject to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
