A resolution extending the sincerest commendation and congratulations of the Quezon City Government, headed by the City Mayor, Honorable Ma. Josefina G. Belmonte, the City Vice Mayor, Honorable Gian Carlo G. Sotto and the Honorable Members of the 22nd City Council, to the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sauyo, District VI, Quezon City for winning in the Outstanding Sangguniang Kabataan Project Category in the 5th Philippine Sangguniang Kabataan Awards.
