dc.description.abstractAn ordinance approving the subdivision plan of a residential subdivision, community mortgage program, with forty-seven (47) lots containing an area of one thousand eight hundred (1,800) square meters, covered by transfer certificate of title no. N-171400 of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, registered in the name of equitable banking corporation (vendor) and located at lots 7-11 and 6-19, block 3, FLS-1758-D Sta. Luzviminda and Sta. Trinidad, Barangay Gulod Quezon City, as applied for by the Triluzville Homeowners association, Inc., (vendee), represented by Elizabeth S. Bulalakaw, subject to the conditions prescribed under Quezon City ordinance No. SP-56, S-93 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
