Abstract

A Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of A Certificate of Exception as to Land Use to Pet Plus Global Marketing Corp. as represented by Archie Uy, for as a built, 1-storey warehouse with mezzanine (building 1), 1-storey warehouse (building 2), 1-storey warehouse with Annex (building 2-B), 1-storey warehouse (building 2-C), 1-storey staff quarters and 1-storey guard house located at Lots 2-B-2-A, 2-B-2-B, 2-B2-C, 2-B-2-D, 2-B-2-E-1, 2-B-2-E-2, 2-B-2-F-1, 2-B-2-F-2, 2-B-2-F-3-A, 2-C-3-D-1. 5, 6 and Lot 1, Block 2, (No. 23) Banlat Road, Barangay Tandang Sora, District V1, Quezon City, allowing deviation from the restrictions provided under Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Quezon City Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016
