Abstract

A resolution congratulating and supporting Ken T. Mendres of Fernando C. Amorsolo Sr. High School for excelling as Top 1 in Intellectual Disability Category from the Local I.T. Challenge 2025, advancing through the National Information Science and Technology Challenge and further to represent the Philippines in the prestigious Global I.T. Challenge 2025, to be held in Ulsan, South Korea on October 28 to November 1, 2025, thereby giving honor and pride to the Youth with Disabilities sector and this City.
