Abstract
A resolution congratulating the Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay Sauyo, District VI, Quezon City, chaired by SK Chairperson Bryan Rolly G. Maliwat, for emerging as a National Awardee of the Outstanding SK Project Category for its “SKonsulta Health Program” and for being recognized as one of the Outstanding SK Councils in the Philippines in the 6th Philippine Sangguniang Kabataan Awards held last 26 October 2025 at Novotel Manila, Quezon City.
