A resolution authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Exception to Mark Lawrence Wang and President of Allor Prime Group Inc., for the construction, renovation and operation of an As-Built: Two (2)-Storey Office with One (1)-Storey Restaurant located at Lot 22-B, S-76 Scout Reyes corner Scout Delgado, Barangay Paligsahan, District IV, Quezon City, allowing Deviation from the Restrictions provided under Quezon City Ordinance No. SP-2502, S-2016, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2016.
