Abstract

An ordinance approving a Subdivision Plan of a Socialized Residential Housing Project (Model E-BP 220) with two hundred forty (240) lots, Community Mortgage Program, containing an area of five thousand seven hundred forty five (5,745) square meters, covered by TCT Nos. N-220135 and RT-118672 (251837) of the registry of deeds of Quezon City, and Located at Lot 121-B-1-B-1-A-2, PSD-00-056002 and Lot 121-B-1-C-1, PSD-51680, Don Julio Gregorio St., Brgy. Bagbag, Novaliches, Quezon City, as applied for by the Progressive Land Homeowners Association, Inc. (Phase I), as a Variance Pursuant to Section 9, Rule III of the Implementing Rules, Standards and Regulations of Batas Pambansa Blg. 220.
