The QCPL staff had an spiritual
retreat at Tagaygay last March 26-
27, 2010 as conceptualized by the
City Librarian, Mrs. Villanueva, For
the past years, it has been the City
Librarian’s advocacy to change library setting into an spiritual
searching, at least for a better
staff to staff relationships.
